    they build overpriced broken homes and promise to fix all the broken doors, plumbing, appliances and flooding and then never fix it and they have an ugly aggressive mouth thinking it will chase you away. In all the years of buying homes…

    Pros: They are con artists Cons: They lie about finishing anything or paying you after fixing their broken messes
